NPC Gives Important Update On Census Adhoc Staff Recruitment Email Message

The NPC Management has issued an update warning the general public to disregard the bogus recruitment email message received to select people.

The following is the notice issued by NPC management today, July 11, 2023:

Public Notice: Our attention has been drawn to a fake email message being sent to some persons that their application for the position of Census Ad-hoc Staff has been accepted.

The Commission wishes to inform the public that it is not undergoing any recruitment exercise for the Census at the moment. Kindly note that NPC has concluded recruitment of the functionaries for the 2023 Census before the exercise was postponed, training of those already recruited is about to start.

Should there be a need for the list of selected candidates to be updated in the future before the Census exercise, it will be announced on the national media and the NPC social media platforms and website.

We implore Nigerians to disregard the fake email message and avoid falling victim to swindlers.
