The Digital currency known as eNaira is now launched and we deemed it necessary to share the procedure on how to onboard and conduct transaction on eNaira.

How To Onboard And Conduct Transaction On eNaira

The procedures are highlighted below;

  1. Download and launch the eNaira speed wallet (it’s an application that stores eNaira).
  2. Signup/register to begin the onboarding process.
  3. Select your official naira bank (which will become your eNaira partner).
  4. Input phone number and desired password.
  5. Enter personal details (i.e. First name, Surname, Date of Birth, State of Origin, Normal naira account number, and BVN).
  6. Once successfully validated, an activation mail will be forwarded to the email attached to the users BVN.
  7. Confirm email received and click on “Activate wallet” to complete the registration process.
  8. Open the app then input either your email or BVN as username, then your password to access your eNaira wallet.
  9. Initiate transfer into your eNaira wallet by using your normal mobile or internet banking app.

How To Onboard on IPhone

  1. Tap App store from home screen to get the eNaira speed wallet (you can search for the app by name).
  2. Sign in with your apple ID to Get, and install the downloaded app.
  3. There is no charges attached to the app once downloading.
  4. Iphones with enabled face ID, can be activated by double tapping the side button then focus on the screen to authenticate the face ID lock.
  5. Once prompted, endeavor to sign in to the App store to enable you complete the process.

Note: Once requesting for an app on Apple iPhone, you will be asked to enter your pass code which is a means of verify your identity.

How To Onboard For Android

  1. Visit google play store.
  2. Search or look for the eNaira speed wallet.
  3. Click on the install button under the app icon/name.
  4. Launch the app after the completion of download.
  5. Enter ‘sign up’ to commence the onboarding process.
  6. Select your official naira bank (which will become your eNaira partner)
  7. Input phone number and desired password.
  8. Enter personal details (i.e. First name, Surname, Date of Birth, State of Origin, Normal naira account number, and BVN).
  9. Once successfully validated, an activation mail will be forwarded to the email attached to the users BVN.
  10. Confirm email received and click on “Activate wallet” to complete the registration process.
