What are the requirements to apply for the NDA?
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including English and Mathematics (NECO, WAEC, GCE).
- At least 1 supporting relevant credit to the mandatory credits in Faculty of Science.
- Parental or Guardian consent/attestation form.
- Applicant must not be below 17 years and must not be above 21 years.
- Nigerian Air Force must be 17 or 18 years.
- Male applicant must be 1.68meters tall and 1.50meters for female.
- Applicant must not have any criminal record.
- Applicant must be single, with no legal responsibility to support any child.
- Certificate of Local Government and State of Origin.
- JAMB result.
- Results older than five years are ineligible.
- Applicant must be Nigerian by birth.
- JAMB cut off mark is 180.
What are the steps for application to NDA?
Step 1
- Visit NDA’s website www.ndaapplications.net
- Sign up (register)
- Login to your email and activate your account by clicking the link sent to you
Step 2
- Create your bio data page and supply all the required information
- After, the system will send you a confirmation message of completion
- You will be redirected to the login page
Step 3
- Input your login details
- Fill in all the information required from you.
Step 4
Upload the following documents:
- Certificate of Local Government of origin
- Certificate of State of origin
- Birth certificate/Declaration of age
- WAEC, NECO, GCE result
- JAMB result
Step 5
Print and keep the acknowledgment form upon successful submission of the above stated documents.
Step 6
You will be send a message confirming your qualification to set for the Nigerian Defence Academy entrance examination. This message will contain a login instruction to enable you choose your choice examination centre.
Step 7
Finally, print the Examination Admission Card and wait for the examination date. Ensure that the form is kept safe and the date be placed at the top of your mind.
