Orange Corners Incubation Programme offer a 6-month incubation programme to new businesses through Orange Corners. Orange Corners also acts as a link between these forward-thinking enterprises and the private sector.
For all parties involved, this is a win-win situation. Orange Corners is a partnership between the Dutch government and a local service provider, as the goal is to create and strengthen Nigeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
By providing them with the appropriate opportunities, skills, and market access, this ecosystem should enable them to build their business concept and become successful entrepreneurs.
This programme will give not only the core entrepreneurial knowledge, techniques, and resources required to turn a concept into a business, but also the networks and support necessary for the business’s long-term success.
The Dutch government will cover the first six months of the programme as scholarships.

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency manages Orange Corners at the request of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In each programme nation, we collaborate closely with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and local partners.
Orange Corners Incubation Program’s Goals and Benefits
What are the advantages of participating in this programme for me?
Due to the spread of the epidemic, the training will be presented both in person and electronically.

- Business Incubation & Advisory Services Enterprise Management Training
- Prototype development and testing funding
Boot Camp & Incubation
The 50 semi-finalists will be required to attend a two-day bootcamp during which a jury will determine who is most suited to enter the incubation programme.
The selection process will be based on how well you do during the bootcamp. Twenty young entrepreneurs will be chosen at the end of the bootcamp to participate for six months.
Orange Corners Incubation Program Requirements Qualification
To meet the selection criteria, you must be able to:
- Be a budding entrepreneur from Nigeria’s Lagos.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Have a proven, unique business concept that is less than two years old.
- The product or service addresses a problem that exists in Nigeria.
The product or service is in line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
The following criteria will be used to choose aspiring entrepreneurs:
- Innovativeness
- Feasibility
- Social Implications
- Clarity of market viability and scalability of the business concept
- Entrepreneurial/team competence
