Design School Asaba Program – Are you between the ages of 16 and 35 and live in Asaba, Nigeria? Apply to the Design School Asaba Program, which aims to provide locals with graphic design and workplace skills as well as the required exposure to help them begin careers and make money in the technology industry and beyond. The course will last three months and will include intensive teaching and learning.
The program’s purpose is to provide young people with creative skills, soft skills, and entrepreneurship, as well as connect them to economic prospects, while also assisting businesses in finding qualified employees.
PIND Foundation is sponsoring this programme as part of the larger Delta State Youth Employment Program (DYEP) in response to the issue faced by the Niger Delta’s extremely high rates of unemployment and underemployment, particularly among the youth. PIND established the Delta State Youth Employment Program as part of its Economic Development Program to provide disenfranchised young people with options for long-term employment or enterprise development through technical, soft skills, and entrepreneurship training.
