The Lagos MSME Recovery Fund 2.0, which is backed by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), is a funding program designed to help MSMEs in Lagos recover from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) was established by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund Law 2016 to give financial assistance to people of Lagos State in the areas of job development, wealth building, and unemployment reduction.

LSETF will promote entrepreneurship through enhancing access to capital, strengthening MSMEs’ institutional ability, and developing policies to improve the business climate in Lagos State.
