Npower Knowledge is a phase of the Npower program that is meant to equip Nigerian youths.
The targeted youths will gain necessary skills and certification that will make them competent entrepreneurs, workers and innovators in a world rating/standards.
The management also, throw emphasis on the non-graduates in camp training allowances disparity.
According to Nasims, the differences in allowances received by trainees are due to some considerable factors.
Trainees from other states are being paid forty thousand naira (N40,000) while indigenes are paid thirty thousand naira (N30,000).
This has caused unexpected complaints which made the management to give reasons behind the differences in the payment.
One of the factors considered is that of distance, said Nasims.
Citing the fact that, considerations were made based on inconveniences experiences by trainees that left their state of residence.
This is the major factor that brought the difference in allowance payment after critical review and resolutions.
Hence, contrary thoughts should be erased regarding payments of training allowance, as the major consideration is based on environmental change.
