Fancy Acholonu has claimed that she was manipulated to tender a public apology by his erstwhile boyfriend and popular Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo.

Fancy made the shocking revelation in a response to a question by an Instagram follower.

The Instagram handle, @douglaspeace_ra asked: “Did Alex convince you to make that apology post?” To this Fancy responded: “yes he did. It’s true. I fell for it. My eyes are fully open. I’m at peace and now have full understanding 🙏.

In early 2022, the then engaged Fancy shocked the Nigerian social media space when she announced she had terminated relationship with Alex over an undisclosed issue.
