Fancy Acholonu has claimed that she was manipulated to tender a public apology by his erstwhile boyfriend and popular Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo.

Fancy made the shocking revelation in a response to a question by an Instagram follower.

The Instagram handle, @douglaspeace_ra asked: “Did Alex convince you to make that apology post?” To this Fancy responded: “yes he did. It’s true. I fell for it. My eyes are fully open. I’m at peace and now have full understanding

In early 2022, the then engaged Fancy shocked the Nigerian social media space when she announced she had terminated relationship with Alex over an undisclosed issue.
