Nonye Soludo is the wife of Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the Governor-Elect of Anambra State, who ran under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party.

Mrs Soludo was born on July 31, 1970, in the Aguata LGA of Anambra State. She is 51 years old now. She is thought to be a niece of Dora Akunyili, the former Minister of Information. Nonye and Charles have six children as a result of their marriage.

She graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Westminster.
Career
She is believed to be the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Foods’ parent firm, Healthy Living Foods Ltd.
She also runs Charles Frances Properties, a private real estate agency with the goal of disrupting the high street’s typical estate agent presence.

Florence Obi, the Returning Officer for the Anambra governorship election, announced Soludo’s victory.
Soludo defeated Valentine Ozigbo of the Peoples Democratic Party, who received 53,807 votes, and Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress, who received 43,285 votes, to win with 112,229 votes. Senator Ifeanyi Ubah of the Young Progressive Party finished in fourth with 21,261 votes.
