We are pleased to inform you that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has opened a portal for graduates and undergraduates to apply for its 500k grant. The grant, which is known as Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES), was launched by CBN in partnership with the Nigerian Polytechnics and Universities to exploit the potential of graduate entrepreneurs in Nigeria..
According to the CBN, TIES aimed at increasing access to fund for Nigerian polytechnic and university graduates and undergraduates with innovative business and technological ideas.

Eligibility
- Bachelor Degree certificate or HND (or its equivalent)
- NYSC certificate or
exemption letter - Certificate of Participation issued by your institution, evidencing entrepreneurship training.
- Must not be more than 7 years of completing NYSC.
Note: this fund is repayable at 5% from now to February 2023; and 9% from March 2023.
