The Edo State Polytechnic HND form for both full and per-time programs is now available for the 2021/2022 academic session. Its institution kindly invites applicants from various states to apply for its higher national diploma, which consists of HND full-time and part-time programs, as I update you on all of its requirements and qualifications as you scroll down further.
It is located in the Usen community of Ovia, south-west local government area, Edo state and was known previously as the Edo State Institute of Technology and Management (ESITM) Usen. Meanwhile, 2002 marked its year of establishment under the governorship of Chief Dr. Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion.
The institute has about 21 accredited programmes along with four schools attached to it. Speaking of its vision, Edo state is a well-polished polytechnic in Nigeria whose major aim is to have graduates who are able to create an effective, efficient and dynamic technology-based institution to strengthen further the creativity with managerial self-reliance skills that impact positively on the national technology challenge.
In fact, the institution in a broad sense maintains its technology skills and, in addition, builds students on the era of having the ability to be an entrepreneur, especially with the rate of unemployment in Nigeria.

Requirements for applying to the programs as an HND candidate
- Applicants must have a recognized OND and have completed a recognized course.

A candidate must present a WAEC West Africa Examination Council, National Examination Council, or Nabteb certificate with five credited subjects, including English and mathematics, in no less than two sittings.

A candidate must have at least one year of post-national diploma industrial training experience. is 5,500 naira only.
How to Apply for Edo State Poly HND Admission Form
For candidates who are applying for the first time, the following are the procedures provided in order to guide your steps on what else is needed:
- A candidate must have a working email address.

Visit www.edopoly.edu.ng/ and click on “Apply for Admission.”

For candidates who are applying full time, they should click on the admission exercise for 2021/2022. The same is true for part-time applicants.

Click on Register for an application at the top left of the displayed page to proceed.

Click on the link in your email to start the process by entering your first name, middle name, and surname along with your email address and phone number. Immediately, your ID and password will be sent to your email.

Click on “log in.”

Enter your last name and the password sent to you for logging in.

Edit application records to start filling in all the required information.

Upload a recent, clear color photograph that will be used throughout your time at the school.

To pay for the application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Pay with Interswitch” at the top left corner of the page. Follow the instructions to pay the application fee of N5,500 with a valid ATM-enabled card from any commercial bank in Nigeria.

Admission screening requirements
After a successful filling of the required documents, the candidate is expected to come along with the following documents once admission has been offered.
The documents are:
- A printout of the application form payment receipt
- Certificate of origin
- O-Level results (no more than two sittings)
- Birth certificate
- JAMB result ND result (only for HND applicants)
