Yet again, the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has launched a new application portal for Fertilizer Subsidy Fund for Agriculture for Food and Jobs Plan.

This initiative of President Buhari is aimed at providing needed support for Smallholder vulnerable farmers in Nigeria to scale up agricultural production in the country. He also approved the immediate disbursement of the Fertilizer Subsidy Funds to the Agriculture for Food and Jobs Plan (AFJP) farmers upon successful screening and approval of application.

How to Apply for the 2021/2022 Fertilizer Subsidy AFJP Farmers Grant in Nigeria?

All the federal government’s intervention programmes require you to register your application before you can be considered for selection. It is the same with the FMARDPAC application. If you want to apply for this grant, below are the steps you should follow to apply successfully.

The first thing to do is to visit the official registration portal at www.npagro.fmardpace.ng.

• Upon the opening of the link, kindly fill in your details in the spaces provided. Note that you are to leave the “devices” space empty.

• Once you have completed the form, read through again to ensure there are no mistakes. And if there are, ensure that you correct all the mistakes before proceeding to submit.

• Once you have confirmed all your details are accurate, then you can submit. (Note that the first attempt may be a bit difficult as many people are doing it from different places at the same time). Keep trying until you get a message saying your email has been taken already, meaning that your application has been successfully submitted.

• After doing the above, the next thing to do is to wait for an email to be sent to you. Note that this can take up to 72 hours, but it will come.
• If you meet their requirements, you will be invited to write a simple test.

• Once you check your email and you have been selected, you will be required to do a 15-minute easy test. Ensure you score 80% and above to stand the chance of crossing to the next stage.

• The Training Manual is in video format

• Download and study the video

• Complete all the tasks assigned to you

• The test comes with 25 questions

• You can write this test twice only.

• Make sure you have a strong internet before you begin the test

• ODK Collect App.

• Download and install the app.

• Adhere to all the settings instructions in the menu.

• You will be required to visit your farm to take some photos at a point.

• choose a farm close to you.
