    I cant reset my password..Actually,they sent me msg to my email from npower but,they said my password has been reset..and i avnt.The msg that came to my email didnt come with link to rest my password.pls help me

    Good morning,I was taking my test on Sunday and due to network issue I wasn’t able to complete it. Since then I have not been able to login into the test again, saying my account has been blocked.please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanks

    1. I skip some questions, and when I press previous to revit it before I submit, the system log me out, and when I try to do it again, they said my account as being block. Please how could I go about this?

    My problem is that:
    Instead for me to receive mail with the link to reset my password,i received mail from N-power without the link for reseting my password,
    The mail says that “Your have successfully changed your password”
    So what is the solution?
