Physical verification of the shortlisted applicants for the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Program will begin soon, according to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.
This is stated in a Circular titled “commencement of n-power batch c stream 2 physical verification,” which was issued by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on May 31, 2022, informing them of their participation in the Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification exercise.
The Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification exercise is set to begin on Monday, June 13th, 2022, and conclude on Friday, June 24th, 2022.
The State Coordinators have been instructed to prepare the ICT Unit for the Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification exercise, as stated in the internal notification.
The Circular reads:
“Commencement Of N-power Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification
“The Directorate Headquarters is in receipt of a letter from the Presidency through the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development expressing appreciation and commendation to the National Youth Service Corps over Its collaboration with the Ministry which led to the successful onboarding of Five Hundred and Ten Thousand (510,000) N-Power beneficiaries in 2021.
“It would please you to note that Mr. President has evałuated our partnership with the Ministry and expressed satisfaction with the conduct of our Local Government Inspectors under the supervision of the State Coordinators, 1CT Officers and Zonal Inspectors, and having passed the integrity test, the Ministry has again, set necessary machinery in motion for physical verification of another Batch starting from Monday, 13th to Friday, 24 June 2022.
“While we are not unmindful of orientation course engagement during the period, the NYSC can not be seen to be an unwilling tool in executing Government policies, especially one emanating from Mr. President himself and has a direct impact on the lives of the vulnerable Nigerians.
“In the light of the foregoing and given the high premium placed on this exercise, State Coordinators are hereby requested to direct the 1CT Units to get the systems ready as used in the last exercise……..”
On the 27th of May 2022, the Ministry completed Biometric Data Capturing of the shortlisted candidates in preparation for the Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification.
The Full List of Shortlisted Applicants of the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme would be provided to the State Focal Persons and placed in every Local Government Headquarter for public inspection in due time before the Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification date.
The Npower Batch C Stream 2 Physical Verification will be the second key step in the onboarding of the 490,000 Batch C Stream 2 Npower beneficiaries, during which all documents, including educational certificates, presented during the application process will be scrutinized for legitimacy.
Shortlisting/Pre-selection of applicants is not a guarantee of final selection in the Npower Program. As a result, a Batch C Stream 2 Npower Program shortlisted applicant should have gone through and passed these stages before being finalized and deployed to Places of Primary Assignment.
The Npower test is run on a computer. Applicants will be assessed on a variety of topics. The questions on the Npower aptitude exam are usually different for each candidate, however they are mostly the same. This means that if you know the answers to the previous questions, you’ll have a better chance of succeeding.
I really appreciate the concerns of Mr President to the country’s youths!!
