Through its flagship program, the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Program (TEFEP), the foundation provides training, mentorship, and funding to aspiring entrepreneurs on the continent, with the aim of empowering them to build sustainable businesses that contribute to Africa’s economic growth and development.

TEFEP is an empowerment program recognized for its assistance to both male and female individuals in the black race (Africa). Its unique purposes include but are not limited to:

Eligibility

All interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Have a business established in Africa.
• Engage with a working business idea.
• The sole aim of the established business must be profit-making.
• The business in question must not be more than three years old.
• Aspiring beneficiaries must reside in Africa and shouldn’t be less than 18 years old at the time of applying.
