TEFEP is an empowerment program recognized for its assistance to both male and female individuals in the black race (Africa). Its unique purposes include but are not limited to:

Eligibility
All interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have a business established in Africa.
- Engage with a working business idea.
- The sole aim of the established business must be profit-making.
- The business in question must not be more than three years old.
- Aspiring beneficiaries must reside in Africa and shouldn’t be less than 18 years old at the time of applying.
