General requirements for joining the Nigerian Customs
- Applicants must be a citizen of Nigeria,
- Male applicants must not be less than 1.7 meters in height, while female applicants must not be less than 1.64 meters in height,
- Have an expanded chest measurement of not less than 0.87 meters,
- You must not have any physical or mental disability,
- Be debt free. You must not be found to owe any bank in loans,
- You must be of good character and must not have been convicted of any crime,
- Provide a certificate of state and local government of origin,
- Female applicant must not be pregnant
