The biggest survival reality TV show in Africa, Gulder Ultimate Search, is back and will launch on Saturday, October 16.

The 18 contestants that made it through the regional screening procedure were unveiled ahead of the launch. The contestants come from various walks of life, ranging from music producers to fitness instructors, cinematographers, and students, as they compete in nature for a prize pool of ₦50 million.

The taskmaster for Season 12 Search whose theme is ‘The Age of Craftsmanship’ was selected by the Gulder Ultimate Search council of elders, who picked actor and Gulder Season 7 winner Kunle Remi. Toke Makinwa, a media personality and NET Honours award-winning presenter, has been named as the anchor.

As Nigerians anticipate the premiere, there are a few details to keep in mind in order to get the most out of this season.

What TV Channels I can watch it?

Season 12 of Gulder Ultimate Search will be shown on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151), Africa Magic Urban (DStv channel 153), and Africa Magic Family (DStv channel 153) on DStv (DStv channel 154 & GOtv channel 2).

When will it be broadcast?

Every Saturday and Sunday from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., the show airs.

What if I forget about it over the weekend?

Don’t worry, a recap will be posted later in the week. If you missed Saturday’s show, it will be broadcast on all scheduled channels at 2 p.m. on Monday.

If you missed Sunday’s show, it will be broadcast on Tuesday at 12 p.m. on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151), Wednesday at 12 p.m. on Africa Magic Urban (DStv channel 153), and Thursday at 12 p.m. on Africa Magic Family (DStv channel 154 & GOtv channel 2).
