If you are a prospective student of the Kwara State University (KWASU) for the 2021/2022 academic session, this article is for you. The post reveals KWASU School Fees 2021/ 2022. Kwara State University is owned and funded by the government of Kwara State. The University’s policy of school fees payment is per session (yearly). For example, if you are in 100-level, your school fees for the 100-level will be paid once. It is not expected to split across the two semesters that make up a session.

Similar to other states’ universities, the indigenes of Kwara State are given consideration, which allows them to pay less in school fees, a privilege that is not extended to the non-indigenes. Importantly, you will get to know, in this article, the additional fees that students are expected to pay but are not included in the school fees. Note that KWASU does not take failure to pay the approved fees lightly. In fact, late payment of fees attracts 20% of the total amount to be paid.

In many higher institutions, the first-year students (freshers) often pay higher than those who are in their second or third year. But at KWASU, interestingly, the first-year students pay less than the people at the higher levels. Ask why, the reason is simple. Tuition and entrepreneurship fees are added to the fees of the returning students’ charges.
