Latest Update: Npower Sends Strong Message To Beneficiaries

The management of Npower has threatened to withhold for 45 days, the monthly stipend of any Npower beneficiaries found to have absented from their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

It said that the Monitoring and Evaluation team has received depressing information about some beneficiaries who fail to show up for work at their various PPAs. The management expresses hope that the beneficiaries of its batch C2 have returned to their various Places of Primary Assignment (PPA).

“We are working tirelessly to ensure that beneficiaries stipends and those with backlogs are cleared and we also want to make it clear that any beneficiary, who is found absent in his/her PPA without official permission from his/her supervisor will be placed on payment hold for 45 days, Npower warns beneficiaries.

Furthermore, if at the end of the 45 days, there is no official clearance letter for re-instatement of the beneficiary by the State Focal Person, the beneficiary will be exited from the N-Power Programme.”
