Have you applied to be a part of the National Population Commission’s (NPC) pilot census? If you answered yes, then this is the update for you.

According to NPC, a total of 13,500 field functionaries, including 11,510 enumerators, 1,529 supervisors, and 823 facilitators, have been chosen to help conduct the June 2022 trial census as well as the April 2023 population and housing census.

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via the contact information provided during the screening process. You can also verify your application’s Shortlist Status by going to https://recruitmentadhoctrial.nationalpopulation.gov.ng.

On the 30th of May 2022, the NPC E-recruitment portal for the Trial Census became live.

The recruiting platform was geo-fenced, and only applicants residing in the six designated LGAs from six states in Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones were eligible to apply.
