Application Process And Requirements
Criteria for Entry level Programme (ELP) is as detailed below. Candidate must:
- Be a graduate with a minimum of second class lower division from an accredited University
- Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate
- Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings
- Must be no more than twenty-six (26) years of age
Gtbank Recruitment Process
You will be invited to go through the Bank’s five-step recruitment process, summarized below:
- Step 1: Computer-Based Evaluation
If you are qualified, you will be requested to take a computer-based assessment that will include questions on Spatial Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Step 2: Documentation for the Pre-Interview
After passing the exam, you will be invited for an informal chat with a member of the Human Resources Team, during which you will be expected to present proof of appropriate qualifications/credentials for verification. You may also be asked to prepare an essay, the specifics of which will be revealed during the session.
- Step 3: Panel Interview
A competency-based panel interview is the next step in the process. Candidates must demonstrate critical competences as well as the qualities and talents required by the bank.
- Step 4: Last Interview
