It is not possible. You need a marriage certificate or court affidavit to prove you are really married.

Yes! But you must not be over 30 years at the date you obtained your certificate (date of graduation)

Your date of birth supposed to be the same in both documents but if there’s variance, then use the one on your JAMB results.
