Job Description of SMDP
a) Join the family of Sterling Bank as a middle management staff (employee).
b) Move round selected departments for the given duration of the program (Eighteen months). This will greatly bring about individual improvement, as it is meant for developmental purpose.
c) Carryout stretch tasks across different business functions, and also execute challenging duties.
d) There will be periodic update, feedbacks, and tracking sessions.
e) Be willing to deliver groundbreaking ideas, and initiatives.
f) Continuous development and bespoke learning.
g) Speedy growth and opportunities.
Job Experience
- Applicants are to have a minimum of three (3) years experience in any field.

Possesses Master’s Degree or a professional qualification that is equivalent to Masters degree.

Should not be more than thirty two (32) years old, as at the time of applying for the program.
