Overview
The Graduate Engineering Trainee Program is a 24-month intense blended training programme that includes NAPTIN instruction and trips to other power production companies and industry stakeholders.
The programme is strategically focused towards the development of young engineers’ technical ability through a mix of theoretical knowledge, hands-on practicals, and application of technical skills.
The chosen applicants will also get experience in the different technical divisions of the Egbin power plant, gaining the necessary skills to contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech., B. Eng.) with a second-class upper division is required (2.1)
- Must be 27years by December 2021
- Applicants must have completed the required NYSC and have a valid certificate by March 2021.
- 0 – 2 years of job experience after NYSC
