Since assuming office on 29th May, 2023, following the expiration of Ex-president Muhammadu Buhari’s eight-years tenure, president Bola Ahmed Tinubu has terminated all the empowerment programs of the previous administration which were setup to cushion the effect of rampant unemployment among the Nigerian youths.

We realized that many beneficiaries of the terminated social investment programs such as N-Power, Trader Moni, and Anchor Borrowers are still in the dark because they don’t know what next to do. 1. TETFund Alliance For Innovative Research Program

TETFAIR is a year-long programme sponsored by TETFUND. A unique opportunity for researchers and academics in Nigerian Universities to transform their ideas into market-driven solutions, including the development and fabrication of prototypes.

Selected teams of researchers and academic staff, who have ideas for innovative solutions in one of our areas of focus, will be taken through a journey that combines technology and product development along with venture creation. Click Here To Apply.

2. FG’s 3MTT Fellowship

Through this fellowship, the government of President Bola Tinubu intends to equip 3 Million Nigerian youths with digital skills for free. For the first phase, the training will focus on these twelve (12) technical skills: Software Development UI/UX Design Data Analysis & Visualisation Quality Assurance Product Management Data Science Animation AI / Machine Learning Cybersecurity Game Development Cloud Computing Dev Ops. 3. Nigeria Artificial Intelligence Research Grant

The federal government launched the Nigeria Artificial Intelligence Research Scheme to fund 45 consortia of startups and researchers to allow them to explore further opportunities to deepen their work and build a sustainable AI ecosystem in Nigeria to support the mainstreaming of the application of Artificial Intelligence for economic prosperity. 4. FGN ALAT Digital Skillnovation Program

Digital Skillnovation is a collaboration between Wema Bank and the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Office of the Vice President that strives to provide our young minds with a diverse set of skills and opportunities customized to their goals and market realities. Click Here To Apply.

5. NATEP

This new effort aims to establish Nigeria as an export powerhouse for African talent outsourcing, following in the footsteps of India, Bangladesh, Mexico, and the Philippines.
